I been with MFP for 1 week. I'm working out a lot and am having problems eating all my calories. I'm not starving myself - I'm eating well and get full. Don't want to overeat or eat junk. I also want to keep my workouts going. Suggestions?

    step 1) open your diary
    step 2) burn 500 calories a day
step 3) eat back those 500 with foods packed with protein, fruits and veggies

so you have 800 calories for dinner and an evening snack. That is very doable - even being healthy.

eating nuts helps - they're high in protien and calories (and some in fat so be careful with your choice) so they can help get your count up there while still eating something somewhat healthy :)
  • I have no problem eating my 3000 calories lol. Eat dense foods like rice, breads, and pasta.
