I really need help with food values for my homemade beef stew
I want to put it on my MFP but how? It was standard Irish Beef stew...Beef, carrots, onions, potatoes and seasonings. I had 1/3 cup and need the info on how I add it or figure it out. I need to print up my MFP for my appointment Thursday.

Put the ingredients in the 'recipe' section & specify how many servings you will get out of it.0

Create your own recipe under the recipe tab under food. I've done this with all my standard recipes.0

What I do is add all the ingredients individually then use the "Remember meal" function. Then I'll divide the stew into portions. When I want to log it add the fraction that I ate. For example I created a chicken stew, divided it into 4, then add .25 from the saved meal. I hope this makes sense.0
