From the slowest in Gym class to Runner 5

I've just learned how to properly run, and not to give it all I got for 8 seconds then give up and walk the rest.

I'm doing Zombies, RUN! app and the 5K version. So far, I LOVE running (well okay, jogging) and I now can go 15-30 second intervals and I set myself marks. (IE, I'll jog until I reach the coffee shoppe sign)

  • That is awesome! Keep with it and it will just get better. C25K is great. That's what got me running/jogging.
