    I am at 230 right now. Sometimes I see the finish line so far away that I doubt I can ever get to be under 200 but then I read stories like yours and it keeps me going. Thanks for the inspiration that I too can get there.

    Thanks. I know what you mean, it took me a while before realising I could do it. Small milestones are the way to go. Take it a few pounds at a time. Set yourself small goals. If you need some extra support feel free to add me.
