I was just tired of being out of breath and my feet going numb when I sat down. So I stopped drinking soda and stopped smoking cigarettes, Started eating right and exercising everyday. I have finished the Insanity program and half way through the tapout xt program. I started out at 290 pounds I am down to 212 still have a way to go my goal is 170.
