WOW! I have been super afraid to eat to much. MFP says I should eat 1200 not taking in account exercise. You prove that you do not need to be hungry to lose weight. Thanks for sharing.0

The link you provided answered the question that's been driving me a little crazy for some time now (obvious metabolic slowdown, wasn't sure what to do, how much to eat, bla bla bla.) Couldn't get a straight answer anywhere, nobody had any hard facts.

I did that for a while *not trying to* and went from 149 to 155. Great job but it's not for everyone.0

Hells yeah! I wanted to kill someone when I took MFP's suggestion to cut my calories to 1380. I only did that for two weeks. I'm still losing with 1530 and even go over a couple of times a week...0

Great results on a more serious note! More people need to learn that eating more can lose weight so long as you're eating what you burn and eating sensible and not just stuffing your face with trash.0 -
