Weekly summary?

Hi all,

I'm new so not sure if this is possible, but can you see a weekly summary of calories rather than just a daily one?

At the weekends I tend to go over cals and then make up for it during the week so would great to see an overall week view instead of flicking back and forth between the days to see what I have left etc ..

  • You can either click on reports to see a bar graph of your total calories or just certain items such as sugar, fat, etc. You can do many time ranges. This is true for exercise and progress on weight or inches lost.

    If you want to see specifics, go to your food diary and click on "view printable report" at the bottom. Now you can choose a date range and see details of each day. You can narrow it to just food or include exercise too.
