Working out to lose weight

When you work out, do you normally go for those exercises or routines that burn the most calories or do you stick to doing things that you enjoy doing?

    I think that you kind of have to balance it. I mean obviously you want to do the things that give you the most bang for your buck, but if it is something that you truly don't like, you are not likley to keep doing it. So just try to find the things that you do like, and choose the ones with the best burn. I have lost weight simply by diet changes and walking. So whatever you choose can work if you stick with it and overhaul your diet.
