STRIKE ONE: THANKSGIVING Holiday GAIN: 3.4 lbs in 6 days!?! Didn't log meals on Food Diary + hardly any exercise = paying the price of overindulging... Back on track TODAY. >> Posting this to remind myself to STAY ON TRACK! <<

  • You can do it! I was up 4-5 pounds and got back on track yesterday, and weigh in this am was down about a pound. Drinking lots of water today to shrink stomach back down :)

    Many of us are feeling your pain! I went on vacation for a week and WOW! was I bad! regretting it now! Get back on track! you can do it! today has been tough for me. I'm starting to get a littl agressive. which is good newsfor people that enjoy my abuse.
  • I had an initial like 4 pound gain, but it was gone in two days so probably just water. I also didn't eat alot of sweets. Just alot of turkey
