I think you look fine the way you are. But if you feel like you need to lean out further, a very modest dieting approach combined with lifting and cardio would probably get you decent results in less than 8 weeks.0

I think everyone has said great things. I know I have a TON more to lose than you but adding strength training in has really made me lose significant inches vs. pounds....0 -

Your body is perfect. I don't see the slightest reason to keep working on it from looks - if you want to be stronger or have better endurance or whatever, then focus on that and any body change will just be a byproduct of your better fitness.0

Definitely lift heavy weights. Get on a program (someone mentioned New Rules of Lifting for Women, or get a personal trainer) so you don't just screw around. Running is doing good things for me as well (I'm 5'5.5" and 126, size 4, working to a 2). Work your abs every day; they don't need a rest day in between like your other muscle groups.0

If I want help improving it. I am wanting to lose lbs and inches. Right now I wear about a size 6. I'd like to wear a 4 comfortably.
My hips, thighs and tummy are my main concern. Any tips to help shrink them?

dont change a thing! most men including me think your size is perfection, why change perfection for the 80% male population for the ideal of the 20%, and most thoose 20% are under 18 and have no real mass on them.
