Change macro settings

I'm going to try asking once more then I promise I'll leave it! (asked twice already and haven't found the answer) haha Ok so I know I'm being really slow here but I can't figure out how to change these settings on my phone. I changed them on the website and was told it would automatically change on my profile on my iphone but on my phone they are still set to 55/30/15 .. hellppppp!! It says that all recent changes have been synced but they haven't

    Uninstall the app and reinstall it.

    Your info is stored "in the cloud", not in your phone app. Delete the app, reinstall it and log in again - everything will be there.
