At this time i am not able to do resistant due to torn labrum, I have been doing cardio for about 4 weeks now. I am aiming to get up to burning a 1000 cals, Would this be a good thing or should i keep around 500-600?

Keep it low and eat closer to TDEE so you can heal correctly.0

Let the Labrum heal. You can do lots of things without using your shoulder. 1000-calorie burns are up to you. You don't need to do that much to lose weight. Just do what you can.0
