For the first time in my life I looked in the mirror this morning and smiled. I really liked what I saw this morning. No I am not vain by any means but I can tell that the changes I have made are starting to pay off. For one thing I always wore bangs to hide my face. Since puberty I had severe case of pimples. Then I got fine lines around my eyes. Since I have quit smoking, drinking and changed my eating habits I look and feel better than I have in 20 years. I embraced my lines and wrinkles as a testament to my life's jouney.This is a major NSV for me.I have made many mistakes in my life that I can't change but I can and have changed who I am now. So I like what I see inside and out!

    I gave up drinking and smoking 22 years ago and have not missed it :)
