Thigh gaps...are they really that important?

    Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. No one if perfect. Blah blah....
    But everyone wants to be some idea of perfect.... so, find what is perfect for you :) And work it
    So here are the steps..... (IMO of course) :wink:

    1. Spread your legs ever so slightly
    2. tilt forward
    3.poke your *kitten* out
    4. bend.

    You will most likely have a thigh gap of some sort..... How far you have to spread your legs, or how far you have to tilt, or how far you have to bend... will all depend, on your weight, bone structure, confidence in yourself or the eyes looking at you..etc.... but anyone can have a thigh gap if you try, in SOME WAY.

    Point is... do what you can, how you can... and make it work for you.
    Trust me... if your man is checking you out, and you flaunt what ya got... he is going to find what is sexy, and he will find it WAYYYYYYYYY sexier than just sitting there all frumpy and self conscious. :flowerforyou:

    I *thought* I didn't like a gap until I saw this picture...the middle girl has a heart shape!!! <3


    All look scrumptious!! Even the girl with no gap :laugh:

    I'd like to have it again.. it looks great especially wearing a bikini...

    I have found in the past the Windsor Pilates Circle helps.. you just put it between your thighs and squeeze it

    haha..

    It's pretty effective though!

    I had all of the above...along with my cake, pizza and soda.

    All about moderation in everything.. and that is where I failed

    It's takes a certain bone structure to have one.. I happen to have it and think my thighs look relatively unattractive with it gone. I will be happy to see it return.

    ETA; yes, I know this was a light-hearted post... just my opinion on it.

    LOL Honest opinions are fine too!

    Don't care about thigh gaps - I'll take having strong, defined thick thighs over thighs that gap and have little/no muscle tone.. Beyonce thighs, anyone?
