I'm Lani and I'm 19 years old. I've recently decided to try and lose some extra weight when my Dr told my I was extremely overweight for my height. I'm 5'3 and weigh 165 :p So I'm trying this site out and so far I love it, but I would also love to have people to talk about progress and/or problem's lol. I would prefer other women bc women have similar weight causes. Thanks in advance!

    Lani good for you for going for it! I was in a similar situation around your age, being overweight causes so many yucky health problems, changing lifestyles was the best decision ever :) life is now more fulling and rewarding. best of luck to you chicky!
