I started at very tight 24 should of been a 26 really. Over the last year I have had a baby (currently four months old) and dropped to a loose 16 ...working towards 14's. All UK sizes.0

I started at 26+, I'd say a 32 possibly. I'm not sure to be honest. I'm still wearing my 'old' clothes, but I recently bought a size 24 blazer and it fits great, I was so surprised!0

Not alone, and you can do it! I was a size 24 when I decided to get healthy, and went down to a size 3. Keep on doing it, it can be done!:happy:0

I started at a UK 24/26 and am currently UK18.

I was a 22 in tops and 18 in skirts, and am now 12 top and bottom. You will get there.0

You are not alone. In January 2012 I was a size 32 and having lost close to 50kg I am now wearing a 22/24.0

Uk trousers 24/26 - now comfortable 14 - overhang is still stopping the 12's
tops 24 or XL without buttons 26 or XXL with

Was into a 4xl pant, now XL. 3xl top now can fit large. 26/28 dress now a 18.0

I started at a 24/26 in May and can now fit into some 8P's (jeans). I am between a 10P and 14P in other styles of clothing. Down from 3-4X to Med or Large in tops/sweaters. Still have quite a ways to go though!0

Hi ya. I started at 26. Currently a size 18. Would love to get down to a 12. Anything smaller will prob look a bit thin as I'm 5.9 and have a large frame. Possibly not I'll just have to wait and see when i get there. Don't worry you're not alone, you can do it!!! :flowerforyou:0

Was 20/22, now size 10/12. it can be done, don't give up. Just move it and you will lose it.0

I started at a 28 bottoms and 5x tops and am now in 20 bottoms and 2x or 3x tops (depends on manufacture/style). I've lost 38.5 inches. You can do it!!! :-)0

At my highest I was a size 24/264lbs and now am a size 16/191lbs. With dedication to improving your diet and determination to exercise a few days per week, you can do it!!!!0

I started at at confortable 26, went to the 24's and just fit into my 22's this past week! If fact I am wearing a size 22 pant today that I did not think would fit when I got them out. I was thrilled!0
