Hi all, sometimes i like to have/want a pud after my evening meal, any good healthy choices?

Banana Pancakes
1 Banana
1 egg
mash them up and use as a pancake mix.
top with greek 0% fat yogurt and honey! yumm0 -
pudding is not on my radar of things to eat but when im looking for something i want to either make or buy i usually google it and see what pops up0

Kozy Shack makes these "no sugar added" puddings that are absolutely AMAZING. they actually are really sweet and only 70 calories each.

Vegan Chocolate PB Pudding
1 container tofu, silken or firm (approx 12 oz)
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp soy milk
2-4 packets of stevia (optional)
Combine everything and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for a few hours.0 -
Sugar free jello mousse with a little bit of cool whip0

Three whipped egg whites and a mashed banana with cocoa powder and a tablespoons of almond butter. Frozen for a few hours and bam - pudding, ice creamy stuff.0
