Hey,

Been lifting now for a few years and figure it's time to start tracking my diet to cut down to my "fighting" weight for once. I focus on heavy, compound lifts - deadlift, squat, bench, overhead press, etc with some accessory stuff thrown in as well.

I do as little cardio as possible but enough as necessary to stay conditioned for work.

I'm open to being friends with anyone - just be focused and motivated. If you eat less than 1200 calories a day, have ever said "starvation mode", or have ever turned down pizza for a salad we probably won't get along :)

I'm here to learn and hopefully guide as well. I'm am by no means a health/fitness/diet expert...I just do a lot of reading. I've started to learn what works and what doesn't for me.

From eastern Canada but open to anyone interested...

Ottawa Canada. I haven't had pizza in two months but would love to hear your stories of fully loaded, stuffed crust pizza. On the 8th I join the real world and add carbs back into my diet . No I don't starve myself.... Just eat lots of beef, chicken, fish

    Where are you from
