I've been doing this for two years in Jan. It's sooo hard! but it works! I took it slow and easy. I watch my carb and sugar intake, and try to walk for 30 minutes everyday. I suppose I'll be doing this for the rest of my life if I want to stay healthy and not overweight. Lifestyle change is what it's about!!! Good luck to all you that have just started. So far...lost 54 lbs. :happy: :happy:
