Is it free on youtube or do I have to buy it on amazon?

I have a studio apartment, I have enough room to work out, but jumping becomes a problem. Is there a lot of jumping? From what I saw on youtube (watched for a minute or 2) it doesn't seem like there's jumping.

    yes - some jumping -- but you don't need much more room than the space of a yoga mat -- maybe a tiny bit more? but really not that much more. it is SUPER convenient. and it works. i did it years ago and had good success.

    not sure if it's on youtube. i feel like everything is in some way:) but i got it on amazon -- under $10 usually.

    I found there was alot of jumping ( jumping jacks, skip rope etc) in it but its like only for 30 or 60 seconds at a time

    I substitute jogging in place for the jumping.
