MFP Calories burned calculations of HRM?

Question:

Do you guys use the automatically generated MFP calculations for calories burned, or a HRM? If you DO have a HRM - does it match fairly well with the auto generated counts?

Thanks! :)

    I use a HRM.
For some things MFP is relatively close, for others it's WAY off. It all depends on how hard I worked, too. As a bigger girl, I don;t have to work as hard to get my heart rate up and burn more calories faster than others. But the counts are soooooo high sometimes. LIke the stairclimber? In 30 minutes of that I burn around 400 going at a pace where I'm sweaty and gross, but I don't have to slow down. The mfp estimate for that time frame is like 700. Way off.
