Remaining Calories vs. Cinnamon Roll.....?

So this is not a normal week for me, but since I'm a little over a week into doing Insanity, there are days when I work out 2 or 3 times a day (insanity in the morning, then a zumba class or two that night). This leaves me with a CRAZY calorie deficit! I usually pack my food and bring it with me during the day and I'm having a really hard time packing/eating all the calories. So the question is; what's healthier? A 600 calorie deficit at the end of the day, or fill those calories with something less than healthy when I get home, like a grilled cheese or cinnamon roll at 8:30pm? I know neither of those situations are ideal, but which is the lesser or two evils?

Eat the cinnamon roll and enjoy it, guilt free.0

I say you earned a treat! I wouldn't settle for the calorie deficit, it's not healthy. I'm not a nutritionist, but I think that eating anything (except maybe a stick of butter or pure sugar) would be beneficial to a calorie starved body.0
