Naked or Not - Weigh In

I was wondering how most people do their weigh-ins...clothes (shoes and all)...some clothes...underwear or naked?
The reason I ask is because when I started MFP and did my first weigh-in, I simply kicked off my shoes and hopped on the scale.
Now, only to be consistent, I continue to weigh myself that way. I realize I should have "stripped down" but starting that now would give me an inacurate progress.
So, I'm taking a survey. How do you weigh-in...Naked or Not?

Has to be NAKED on my weekly weigh in. If I sneak a peek earlier in the week, I sometimes weigh myself in my undies or light weight pajamas... but never in regular clothes, except in the doctors office. I always weigh exactly 4 pounds more with the clothes on in my doctor's office.0

I weigh myself naked at home, but obviously I can´t do this at the doctor´s! So when I get checked up at the doctor´s, it´s not a true reflection of my weight, plus the fact I´ll most likely have had something to eat and drink before going there. Do they take that into consideration? Because I´m due a check up next week for a few problems regarding my diet, and I want to be sure he takes an accurate reading.0

I have one of those scales that measure your body fat percentage and it suggest naked AFTER you get out of shower, and its true it gives a more accurate reading:bigsmile:0
