Just started today and have a long rode ahead. Hope to take it one day at a time and not dwell on the total weight I need to lose :)

    I'm sure how ever much weight you have to loose you will find everyone here very helpful and supportive.
    Sometimes it feels like your the only one watching your weight so it's great to have people you can contact when things get tricky.
    Always good advice and support available here.
    And the diet diary is fantastic as it makes it so easy to log all foods, I'm still sometimes surprised by the calories in some foods, even though I've been watching my weight for well over 20 years!!

    All the best with your goals and never give up. You CAN do it!! :smile:

    I think you will enjoy this site, there is so much information and i love the food diary, no idea how many calories I used to eat every day but now I do..... Good luck to you
