Hi i'm florence. I'm 19 but I'm already 160 pounds
I had reached 180+ when I was 15, and lost till 140 when I was 17.
But it seems like they're all gaining it back
Be friends and let's support each other?

well, how tall are you? 160 is not bad and was actually super skinny for me at 19, but I was and am 5'8". It also depends on your body type. BMI says I should be 155 (not in this life time), but I'm never going to get that thin due to my body type. 165-170 is better for me because my frame is a little heavier.0

Hello, I have a daughter you age. I am also working on losing it0

Not particularly uncommon. Throughout our childhood, we are gaining height as well as weight; however, if we are not careful and continue to eat like we did when we were growing then weight gain is not uncommon. Another factor is that when we leave home, we often eat the things that our parents limited ... just because we want them and can get them... Learing restraint and proper fitness is a worthy goal early in life; best wishes in your journey.0
