Some really great ideas on here!! Gonna go have some tuna right now!0

Greek yogurt is a good substitute for mayo (I'm sure that's already been mentioned). I like to make mine with a little mustard, so pickles or capers, salt, pepper, and dill. Lately I have been running late in the mornings, so I just grab a can and head out the door, but I don't have to eat it plain (I've done that, a lot) because a friend gave me a bag of dill pickle potato chips, so I crush up a serving of those and mix it in with my tuna. Doesn't help with the dryness, but I like the crunch and the flavor.0

Add mustard and eat it out of the can.0

One of my favorite ways to eat tuna is on a bed of fresh greens. Things like romaine, butter lettuce, spinach etc... I put the tuna on it, drizzle with olive oil, squeeze the juice of 1/2 - 1 lemon over it & sprinkle with coarse sea salt. It is very refreshing. A great spring & summer dish also, when the markets have fresh lettuce.0
