You might want to try some foundation and a lil blush. You are looking like you could use some sun.0 -

I'm easy, I'll admit it. But it's so hard to separate the fun and games from the food and nutrition!0 -
They actually add sugar to both low & non-fat milks, but with chocolate milk they add over twice as much! White milk is also higher in calcium. If you don't like milk, skip it and get your calcium from veggies. Dark green veggies are loaded with calcium, loaded with other vitamins and have no fat. And on a side note, stay away from Tums with Calcium; you need stomach acid to absorb calcium so taking them is pointless. It is a marketing gimmick! Good luck!!!
TMI.
White milk is also higher in calcium ( This is what I was looking for, not all that other mumbo jumbo.) but thanks for your answer.
You do realize some people are trying to help you, since you expressed concern about getting enough calcium while pregnant, right? You don't have to be such a witch about it. Geez.0 -
Yoghurt and cheese also have calcium in them.
But what about chocolate cheese & chocolate yogurt? HMMM?0 -
