So I am just starting my weight loss. I am 5'11, at 215lbs. I am trying to lose about 30lbs (ideally, but I would settle for 20 to start). If I ate 1500-1700 cals a day, and did cardio and strength 5 days a week, do you think I will lose weight?? I am just confused as to what exactly I need to intake. There is so much information out there, idk what it accurate.
