What a 20 Pound Loss Looks Like

My friends on here have already seen these photos, but I wanted to share this with the entire community in hopes of inspiring someone. When I began MFP in February of this year the progress photos others shared was the only thing that kept me going.
The most important bit of advice I can give is to NEVER GIVE UP. I've had my bad days, sometimes several in a row, but what made me successful was always getting right back on track. My friends on here know I don't always eat clean, and there are many days I simply do not have time for a solid workout. What worked for me is chasing my goals no matter how bad my day was going. I still have a lot of work ahead of me to reach my goals, but I am very happy with what I have accomplished thus far.
What I did:
Ate slightly above my BMR. 70% clean, 30% everything else.
Lifting heavy 2-3 times a week since June
Cardio as much as I can fit in. Typically get in 4-5 hours a week depending on my time availability.
Try to get in 1 gram of protein for every lb of lean body mass
I am 5'5'' and according to a few online calculators I have a large frame.

Wow! Great job! And I absolutely love that you are wearing the same outfit and in the same poses before and after, it really helps tell how far you came! Looks to me like you took your before picture knowing it would be a before picture (I hope that sounds as complimentary as I want it to!).0
