I'm in again although November sucked for me, I was actually at 151.x for a few days the past 1 1/2 weeks. That felt good. I feel like I'm at a crossroads of either giving up or digging deep inside and get back on track. Dec. is going to be a really hard month. I just started some new medications. Some I take with food, some on an empty stomach. Geez! This morning I took my antibiotic on an empty stomach and within a half-hour started feeling like I was going to puke.
But, I'm turning 62 in two weeks so that's going to be my motivation. Tomorrow back on the treadmill, work with my trainer 2x's per week and 1x by myself.0 -
