Okay, So I wanted to do this for November. This month has done bad for me. haha. I'm still wokring a lot so I'm getting in a ton of exercise, but maybe becasue iot's cold or 'tis the season, but I'm gaining some pounds

Inches lost this month: 1" (almost 3/4 inches off my hips & 1/4 inch off my upper and lower thighs)
Body fat lost (probably in the last 2 months since I checked): 2% -- I'm now down to 15% body fat
I also beat my fastest 5K on Wednesday, running 5K in 25:08
Also ran the fastest 4 miles ever at 32:35
I hope to crush these "bests" soon....
Today I'm thankful that it is Friday b/c I'm beat from working so long last night (until 9pm) and here I am 10 minutes from starting work again this morning...ugh).
I'm also thankful for the best manager; when I accidentally signed up for the Reindeer Romp 5K during our Saturday code deployment...he said no problem....go run my race. Even though, it only cost me $15 and he could have said, sorry....he didn't.

I like this idea too! I don't know lbs so will all have to be in kg (2.2kg = 5lbs). Have only been on MFP for afew weeks but have a goal of January 26 for my sister's wedding... don't think I'll get to 68kg by then but will give it a good go!

Weight lost in November: 1.7kg (3.75 lbs)! Started well but tapered off. Am finding the positive in that I didn't actually gain - now just to see if I can keep that up in December (is that wishful thinking?)! Am thankful that this challenge has given me the strength to say "no thank you" to sugary treats in the office (more often than not...).
I am thankful that I have a body that allows me to walk, talk, dance, lift things, type, enjoy normal cuddles and "bouncy cuddles", run, swim, cycle and anything else I might decide to do. I'm very lucky and will continue to appreciate my body for all of the things it allows me to do, not just because it doesn't fit into a certain sized dress or can't do some other things. That said, I'm also thankful I've taken the opportunity to make it stronger, fitter and more healthy - so that it can continue to serve me well for years to come.0 -
