I love what this site has to offer....Any beginning suggestions you would have for a NEWBIE would be greatly appreciative. :smile:

    Drink plenty of water and eat healthy, measure everything out, create a daily/weekly food schedule and exercise. It's that easy! I've only got 15 lbs to lose and I weigh-in my next weight on wednesday. I can tell I've already lost weight after 4 days. I'm excited to see how much. Hope you have the best of luck on your journey towards a healthy and happy life. :)
  • People talk about adding friends....can you tell me how to do that?

    Log in daily, if possible...and get a few friends that will encourage you and also give you ideas...if you need them. By staying on track, this site has done wonders for me...and my friends have helped every step of the way!

    Get encouraging friends, make sure you eat in a way that is suitable for you, set realistic goals so then you won't be disappointed even if you've done brilliantly! But yea - measure EVERYTHING out... count everything you put in your mouth, remembering some drinks have cals in them too. Most importantly - continue living your life and good luck!
