I like to wear my heart rate monitor to get a reading on how many calories, especially for something that is not listed. A HRM can be a great investment if you use it. If you don't have one, maybe put it on your holiday wish list???

Otherwise I would pick something as similar as possible. For Zumba this would probably be dancing. You could also ask other people in the class what they burn if they have a HRM and get a sense of what your range might be.

The Heart rate monitor is a great idea if possible.

I used one to find out my calorie burn for my circuit training at planet fitness.
