How many days do you go to the gym??

hi guys,

just wondering...how many days a week do you go to the gym or are you supposed to go to the gym? I go 5-6 days a week,, doing both cardio and weight training...but i've heard you should have at least 2-3 days off a week? am i doing myself more harm than good?

I feel guilty when I dont go lol

    I've worked out 60 of the last 62 days, and I think 59 of those days I hit the gym (one day I didn't go, I just did yoga at home).

    A few of those days I did multiples as well. You definitely need rest, but if you rotate what you work out and eat well, I have found that taking a day off isn't really necessary unless your body is really telling you that's what you need.
