jigly legs and thighs? what?!

I have a normal weight .. i want to lsoe 5 pounds but i want to lsoe it off my legs and thighs .. there very jigly and i want to tone them . does anyone know any excercises to tone them and harden them? thanks!

Yep. Specifically a program that focuses on compound lifts.0 -
You cannot spot reduce. If its jiggly, its fat. The only way to get rid of it is to lose fat overall (it will come off where it wishes and usually the last place where you wish it to).
Strength training is good to make sure you have decent muscle definition when you do lose the fat (as well as having other benefits) - weighted squats, lunges, deadlifts, hillspints are the best.0 -
The only way you can spot reduce your legs is liposuction0
