225lb in may to 160lb now

Calories in vs calories out.
A lot of ready meals used.

Started off on around 1300 calories while doing a lot of arduous work.
As the weight came down I decided to do it 'properly' as I knew it was more important to be careful the lower you got - so signed up to MFP as a friend was using it.

Think the before pic may have actually been at around 210lb, looking at the date it was taken!

Not plan is to get myself to maitenance, then go for a 'bulk' on +250 calories for a while and see where I am - aiming to cut again for spring next year.
