Good morning everyone! I started off this morning great with two glasses of water so far. And I had enough willpower to avoid IHOP at 2am with friends, even though a Bacon Egg Cheeseburger did sound amazing. But doing good today. Hoping the rain will clear up so I can take the dog and baby for a walk. Good luck everyone!0

I would love to join!! I struggle everyday especially mid week and weekends!KI do drink about 10 glasses of water a day, so I won't double it. But I can stand to double my workout and not randomly snacking, especially after dinner!! I love MFP!!!0

okay, I am starting my day off well, I have already had 17 ounces of water and it is only breakfast. So water off to a good start. Exercise is in the plan and I have had a pretty good breakfast.0

Heyy. It's 11:45 am...so far I did 30 minutes of exercise, still need to get another 30 in. I usually drink about 6 cups of water so today I am aiming for 12. Two cups down, 10 to go. And I plan on not having anything after dinner--except my after dinner coffee--thats crucial lol. Check in with yall later :glasses:0

ok so far healthy breakfast and 3 glasses of water down. 65 minutes on the treadmill and I increased my sprints to 4 of them instead of 2. I still have more exersize on the schedule with my Wii, the last day of the 30 day challenge and then I may do another workout in the spiirit of double. I alos applied for two jobs this morning instead of one. I am getting carried away away with the double!0

My wednesday is off to a good start. i'm taking the kids out for a trip to the store to get our exercise in (pushing a twin stroller is quite a workout) and then to do my usual workout this evening. along with healthy eating and no snacking at all today.. well i'm gonna go chug some water! goodluck everyone!!0

Half way through the day hope everyone is staying motivated! I know I am! I've already got in more than half of my water, exercised on the elliptical for an hour, and have the mind set to eat well this evening, even though my family is traveling out of town for my nephews ball game and the places to get a quick dinner are going to be limited... I know i can do it though, just mind over matter!!! Keep it up everyone!0

64 ounces water down. time to get in a workout, and plan one for later in the day.

96 ounces of water for me today. That is pretty good for me. I have a terrible time getting 64oz in. Exercise has been more difficult. I have paused on a few occasions and did 10 jumping jacks, so my goal is to continue that until I get a walk or something in. Wed. is a busy day for me!!!!0

Okay it's Wednesday and I did double my water...... I feel like I'm swimming... but I need to drink more anyway...so it's all good.... I'm headed out the door now for a walk around the block....
This site has been so helpful for me.... I love the quote "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" when I think about eating junk I really should not have I think of this quote and it has saved me from be sorry more than once...

OK...I did well today! :blushing: I am done loggin all of my cals and am way under. I am floating in water! I am off to do a second round of cardio. This has been very good for me! And I see this has been very good for you guys as well. I am so impressed with you doubling everything! Even applying for jobs! I am so impressed by your efforts today. Challenge completed!! :happy: I drank 14 cups of water--2 more than my goal! I worked out for a total of 1 hour & 25 mins today, logged all my food and ate nothing after dinner! Thanks for this challenge, I did wayy better than I would have on any other Wednesday! Hope you all did good today...I will be back for Skinny Saturday...I need all the help I can get on the weekends!0

I did it!!! 1hr walking and stair stepping and 1/2hr weights. I think the water was the hardest, but did it! Also my calorie intake was only in the 900's.. I feel great and think I'm going to do it again tomorrow.0

I did it! No eating after dinner. :happy: I drink over 100oz of water a day already, so I didn't double it, but I went for a nice long walk and came in under my calories. I consider my Wednesday to have been Skinny. :laugh:0

I did well today was 78 calories under and did my c25k and abs and stretch about an hour and log everything i ate. Lets hope this makes up for yesterday.0

Drank copious amounts of water, can I log trips to the loo tonight as exercise?
958 calories burned weights, intervals, power walk.
Haven't eaten after supper cause I havn't had it yet. Going to eat my salad, and call it a great day!0 -

Well I am doing great with water intake. I have been drinking about 12 glasses a day. I also increased the amount of time I am exercising from 20-30 minutes to 50-60 minutes. The last two nights I have done great not eating after supper...it has been hard, especially when my daughter or husband snacks, but I just remind myself that it will defeat the purpose!! Good work everyone!!
