Hungry-Low Calorie food after eaten dinner!???

I have had my dinner and still hungry!

What can I eat. I have about 150 more calories I "could" use.

It would be nice if it was LowCarb as well.

Some sliced ham? A small handful of nuts?

You've gone over on your carbs and fats so it seems like you need a very lean protein. Do you have a can of tuna available? or a chicken breast? The tuna will add some fat but it will be the "good for you" kind.

Also look at your diary and decide what choices you might make differently next time.

Raw veggies (carrots, peppers, broccoli, etc) with a bit of hummus or low cal dip.

    Rice cakes
Celery with low-fat cream cheese or PB
Fibre 1 Brownie (these are to DIE for!)
    Orville's Smart Pop popcorn
    Bread sticks
100 calorie Buddig deli meat package
    Grapes, apples, bananas, etc.
    Salad with lo-cal dressing
Small tortilla with low-cal Philly spread, roolled up then cut into slices
  • I have gone over my CARBS!...so I thought veggies would be iffy depending on the fibre count.

Tuna would be nice but I have none in the pantry...must remember to get some!

I think will have to be some ham (lean sliced) for now and 2 eggs!

I consider veggie carbs to be acceptable when going "over budget". They do help you feel full and do not have the same effects in your boday as bread or pasta carbs. Plus all the vitamins and minerals are a good bonus.
  • True! Will throw in a carrot (raw)
