Hey everyone I will be going out to dinner in a couple of days
and I need help picking the best choice of this menu, I need something that doesn't really exceed 1000 calories
Heres the menu:

Also from the menu what will be the best choice from the wraps and turkish bread section?

that roti wrap sounds delicious..0

Warm Thai Beef Salad or Lamb Souvlaki minus the pizza bread both sound really good and shouldn't be too bad.0

The salmon steak sounds amazing, but I would probably order it without the potatoes.
Otherwise, I'd order from the "healthy options" menu!0 -
From the bread and wraps sectionsI would go for either the beef or the lamb, because these don't come with aioli which is garlic mayonnaise. Lamb is fattier in general than beef but the beef is wok fried whereas the lamb is grilled.0

You could stay under 400 calories even by going with the "richest" of the healthy options. If you're afraid it's not enough food you could get a salad on the side and ask for dressing to be served on the side. (At least in America you can.)
I don't eat starchy carbs but I would order a lot of these wraps and turkish breads and not eat the breads.0 -
Thanks for all the replies!
What do you think about the roti wrap with char grilled herb marinated chicken minus the tasty cheese and herb aioli? Do you think it will be under 1000 calories?
and will the beef roti wrap without the mint yoghurt be under 1000 calories?
Or I'm thinking from the healthy options the pan seared salmon with garden salad and tomato salsa on the side, but wondering if it may be too small0 -
really depends on how big the plate is when they serve you. Some portions are astronomical in size. I went to a well known italian place near by last year and I ordered lobster and linguine and I could swear the plate weight about 5 pounds at least0

The chicken/bacon one sounds fantastic (GF one - coeliac), anything from the healthy options or the grill sounds great, too.
...mmm... banana split...0
