Good heavens .. Pull-eeeze! You would know if you're obese .. that's not obese .. that's not even overweight. I'm usually not one to bash anyone.. but I suspect you aren't of legal age to be here (18 is minimum .. there are fines for underagers here) But .. if you were of age and even remotely overweight, I'm sure you'd know via your doctor as well as using the calculators and charts that are available online.
I'm 5'4 and 115 lbs ..
My normal weight range for my age/height .. what is considered healthy .. is 107-145 for my age (46 years old) .. you are definitely well within your normal range!
What are you doing here hun? You're going to get a lot of negative posts of this thread if it isn't closed by a moderator....0 -
You guys aren't getting it. I do GENUINLEY feel very overweight at the moment. I am NOT trolling. I just feel extremely overweight.0

If that is the case, you may have a form of body dysmorphic disorder, so please see a doctor. You are not overweight and need to work on you perception rather than your body.0 -
At 1:55pm today you weighed 133lbs. You gained 4lbs in less than an hour. At that rate you are in big trouble.0

If you are serious, I'm 5' 7 1/2" and I weigh 146 and everyone thinks I am getting toward too slim. How could you possibly be obese.0
-
Not gonna be mean ... just in case you are for real and have a really screwed up body image. Your BMI is 20.8. Normal weight is 18.5-24.9. You are not overweight, nor are you obese .. you are just right and in the middle of NORMAL. Don't stress. Have a great Sunday.0

that attitude at that weight is extremely unhealthy. Look up BMI's, etc. you are NOT overweight.
Please, if you are genuinely feeling this way, seek some help.
Good luck.0 -
I'm 5'4" and 141 lbs, and not overweight.0

THIS!!
.. she just messaged me stating she's 18 (her profile states she is 20) ..
Please.. seek help .. you are very much a healthy and normal sized person!0 -
You are not obese at all. You are in a healthy weight range for your height. If you are feeling overweight, flabby then perhaps you need to do some lifting to help firm things up a bit but you do not need to lose any weight.0
-
go to on tool bar up above click apps and find BMI and it will tell you after you put in height and weight0

Hi I saw your question and thought that must be really tough that you feel that way about yourself right. I can relate to how it feels to not like how you look as I don't like being overweight. (Yes I know I am responsible for not doing the right things currently to fix it.) . We could tell you you are not overweight but you have to "know" it for yourself. I would ask that you consider talking to a counselor to be sure you are not having an issue with your body image. Take care of yourself.0

Hmmm. Joined in December, only 6 posts. I'm suspicious.... particularly at the use of the word "obese" - you're clearly not obese by any measurements.0
-
Start lifting weights and exercise. You sound like you have a body composition problem0
-
You are not overweight at all, as others have stated.
What I would do is try to get in as many fresh veggies/fruits as you can, and add more lean protein.
While you are legally an adult at 18, your body is still going through changes, probably causing you to feel icky. I went through that too when I was your age, and I wasn't overweight either.
Stay away from fast food.
Get some physical activity in - a combination of cardio and weight training will do wonders. Even if you have no weight to lose, it will make you feel good and give you self confidence.
Good luck!0 -
I don't think you are obese...but with thebest will in the world I think maybe you are just craving attention....perhaps you need to focus on how you can be less needy rather that worrying about your weight...learn to like yourself...you are a normal weight....0

I also want to share that if I eat bad, I still will get that "I feel fat" feeling, even though I am clearly not.
Food choices dictate a lot on how we feel about ourselves, regardless of what we look like.0 -

I was wondering just how that works as well. LOL I'm sorry if you do feel over weight but something just isn't right with these posts/.0 -

And this is a dangerous mentality.0
