    As I was getting closer to goal (not that I had decided what it was) maintenance was doing my head in. It was all I could think about. I had lost weight at 1200 cals per day, 1lb per week. I kept thinking that I would gain weight straight away. Should I up my cals by 50 per day? By 100 per week?

    I searched the forums and there are very few topics on maintenance here, so I decided to just go for it.

    I plugged my numbers in here for a second time, but this time to maintain, any hey presto, I maintained!

    MFP for the win.
