10 pounds for New Years!

Hi all!
We are just over 4 weeks until New Years! 2.5 pounds/week to lose those 10! Who's in with me? It's a bit of a stretch... but if we bring it, I'm sure we can do it!

I weigh in Saturday, that's my cheat day. But I may skip it until Christmas, so I can ENJOY a good turkey dinner... and still reach my goal!

  • I'll accept the challenge, too! I don't really weigh in a certain day (I've only been dieting for like two weeks, and joined MFP yesterday xD), but I guess I can do it on Fridays :smile:

    Hi there,

    I made a list in August with an item saying to reach a certain goal weight by end of 2012. Since then I have put on about 7lb! As of last Sunday I need to lose 13lb to make that target., so I'm with you.

  • I've got 10lbs left to lose so I'm deffo in :-) would love to lose it by 2013 although dec is gonna be tough! I weighed myself this morning:

    feel blah today, got to get my eating and exercise routine sorted - am all over the place. Hopefully I will have lost weight when I weigh in on Sunday though.

    My week has been so far. Fighting a cold but still made it to the gym (4 days and plan on going there on Saturday).

  • I'm working back shifts for a few days which is always tricky as I'm a late night muncher, back to early shift in tues though so 7pm bed time stops me craving!

  • COOL!! First challenge for me on this site! I needed something like this to get and keep me motivated. I'm totally in!! Thanksgiving DID me IN and I need a new start so I don't slide further away from my goals before the new year. Holidays are TOUGH but being able to blog with others will help.

    I have lost for the first week, but this is normally where my motivation runs out! Goal for this week: Full week of exercise. Mon-Fri plus Sunday
