Hi,
I have been using this program for a few months and an delighted with the results so far. I'm almost 2/3 of the way to my goal but I know that this last stretch will be the toughest.
A lot of the people I friend-ed at the beginning have dropped out for one reason or another so I'd really like to make some new ones.
I'm really interested in getting in touch with people who are serious about losing weight and getting fit and who log their food and workouts regularly. In return for your support, I'll do likewise and hopefully we can help each other along.

I have also lost 2/3 of my excess body wt. and have lost a lot of friends over the yr. Motivation after a yr. has dropped due to not losing wt. but I will continue being here everyday. Please feel free to add me.0

I am about half way through my weight loss challenge, just on the verge of 30 pounds in 3 months. I keep a pretty clean friend list, remove people if they don't log in in a week or never have anything to say. I have logged for over 90 days and with few exceptions logged everything. I plan to continue to log long after my weight loss goal is met. I would be more than happy to add a few dedicated friends, anyone who is committed to changing their life can add me!0

Hi,
I have lost 46 pounds and I am now maintaining it. I have lost 46 pounds in 7 months by logging all my food and walking about 1-3 hours a week. There is another program that I did on the internet and it's called 52 missions
(http://52wlm.com/dashboard/). That helped me to see what I was doing wrong in the way I was eating. Check it out if you have a few minutes.They even put my success story on their website.
I still log all my food and exercise mostly every day. I use the Fitbit, so you only see Fitbit adjustment on my profile. My friends say that I am determined. If anyone wants encouragement and support, I am definitely good at it. So whoever wants to add me as a friend, you are welcome:)
