      Sorry about the Lupus. I know what a challenge that can be. I too was on Prednisone many many times for IBS. I am very familiar with Remicade. I"m so glad you are better and in great health and shape!

      Amazing! Keep it up!!!! A friend of mine was diagnosed with Lupus about 10 years ago. She swears by a low carb diet combined with daily exercise and strength training. She's still very active and not letting her disease beat her - and they originally told her it would have by now!

      Well, there's some inspiration wrapped up in a big fat dose of personal humility! I have a few health issues that have certainly contributed to my weight but not as much as me snarfing every bad thing in sight. To have faced the prospect of amputation, chronic pain and quality of life issues that you have and overcome them so amazingly is nothing short of awesome. I don't know you but I'm happy for you and inspired for myself. Thank you for that.
