You guys, I am telling you…I am in LOVE with Mason Jar Meals! It's kind of a chore to cook this much food in one day to last for a week. But, as busy as me and my hubby are, it's awesome to have meals as grab and go! I think I love it so much also because the fridge is nice and pretty instead big pots or whatever in the way, which makes the fridge look like crap…well, at least my fridge looks like crap. I'm not the most organized person in the world
Breakfast for the hubby: English muffin, bacon or ham, boiled egg sliced up and cheese
Breakfast for me: Oatmeal
Lunch: Chicken Cobb Salad-2.5 oz chicken, egg, bacon, lettuce, feta, red onion, avocado. (Thinking of putting in 4oz of chicken next time. But, I'll see.)
Dinner: Lentil Stew with Ham and Greens!
Everything is a serving. And I love that I know my calories!

Looks like a neat idea I'm a SAHM, so the more I have to *think* when I'm surveying the fridge, the higher the odds are that I'll over-eat.0
