Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I am new to MFP , but hoping to make new friends, receive tips on making this journey a success. I am 28 years old from Virginia, happily married and currently have no children living( gave birth to 2 baby girls one at 19 weeks 9-8-11 and the other at 21 weeks 10-2-12). I recently found that my blood pressure is not my friend:sad: and because it is something that runs in the family I want to get it under control before having to result to medicines. So what better way to make friends with my blood pressure than to give it a healthy body to work with. :smile: So anyways I just wanted to say hello to everyone, introduce myself and just say i'm in it to win it ~ time to get healthy ~BECAUSE I AM WORTH IT & SO ARE YOU:happy:
