I finished my 12 week fitness program on Saturday - first time I ever stuck with something for that long at the gym. I see a difference in my body, but I still have some ways to go. Pics will come after I finish the new 12 week program.
Here are some of my wins from Week 1 to Week 12: I usually do 3 sets of 8, 10, or 12) Depends on the workout.

5K: Started at 36 minutes now I finished in 31m41s
I really didn't focus on running during the 12 weeks. I just signed up for three 5Ks during my 12 week routine and improved my time from my 1st 5K to my last one.
Leg Press: Started at 100lbs, now I can do 220lbs
Legs Curls: From 30lbs to 90lbs
Regular Pushups: Only able to do 3 at first drop, now I can do 14
Cable pullbacks: 20lbs to 50lbs
Lat Pulldowns: From 20lbs to 60lbs
Shoulder Press: 20lbs to 60lbs
Barbell Pullover: 20lbs to 40lbs
Dumbbell Rows: 10lbs to 25lbs
Dumbbell Bicep Curls: 12lbs to 20lbs (one in each hand)
Waist: 33inches to 29inches
I start on another 12 week routine today. (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/lee-labrada-12-week-lean-body-trainer-intro.html)
