I just need to know that I"m not alone. What is your current size?
Yes, and some size 26. Started at 278 pounds ( or my known highest weight ) I got down to 185 and a size 14 pant, but then gained up to 234 and size 18 pant. I'm now working my way back down and am currently 225 and size 18 pants0 -
I'm 5'10" and a size 16.
The sucky part is that even when I lost 25 lbs (which I gained back and am trying to lose again), I was still a 14/16.0 -
I started at a 24 (snug 24--my hips are huge) and am now comfortably in a 20 (a lil loose) and snuggly in an 18 :):)0

YOU'RE NOT ALONE !! I was in a 22/24 pants 6months ago. Now I think (not really sure) I wear a 14/16 pants.
I'm not going to buy a bunch of cute clothes until I get closer to my goal size of 7/9 .

I'm very apple-shaped. Ugh. I started at a 22/24 on the bottom (and even my jeans had some stretch in them) and 26/28 on the top. And tee shirts that shrink cuz they are 100% cotton I would buy a 30/32 (basically a 5x). I've lost over 50 lbs, from 330 to 278. I've gone down a couple sizes. Hard to say exactly cuz i'm trying not to buy clothes til I reach goal. The size 20 skinny jeans I got too fat for a couple yrs ago are the ones I wear now. I did a 5k on sat and the biggest size t shirt they have is 1x. It's snug but fits! It won't happen overnight. Most people wouldn't be thrilled to wear size 20 jeans and feel snug in a 1x top but look at how far I've come in 6 mos! You can too!0

You are definitely not alone hun! I am a size 24 in pants and a 26/28 in tops (I like my tops a big looser to hide the stomach/fat rolls.0

I started at almost a 28 and now I am in a 18.0

I wear, or should I say squeeze into, a size 20, but I should be in a 24. I would be happy at this point to see a 18 again!0

Started at 26/28 & 4x, Now I have moved onto 3x and am in between 24 & 26. I would love to be a solid 24 by the new year! The lowest I have ever been is a 16 and an XL t-shirt, my goal is to be a size 12/14 and in a large or XL shirt.0

Today I noticed my 20's are getting baggy! I have been a 24 before. Trying to lose 83 more pounds!0

I could barely squeeze into a size 26 in January.. In fact I had to special order dress pants from Layne Bryant in a size 28 for Christmas last year. I wore a 4X shirt and I weighed 330 pounds. Now after 11 months I'm at 225 pounds and in a size 16/18 and a size XL on top! Never in a million years did I think I could accomplish so much... You can do this! I love this sight, and the people are so amazing! That's what keeps me going for sure..
