i did this one year, i cooked a prime rib then let it rest, but i let it rest on the stove and it just cooked it to death.. it was an expensive piece of meat too, well marbled, dry aged.. beautiful, and i just screwed it right up...
one year for thanksgiving, my mil and her sister took the turkey out of the fridge, then let it sit on the counter for 8 hours, in a hot house. everyone by my husband and i got sick that year... (we didnt eat it)0 -

Sitting a purse, backpack, messenger bag, etc on a kitchen counter! Ugh! :grumble: Think about the germs on the bottoms of those things. My mom would always plop hers on my counter every time she would come to visit. After me always moving it, she finally got the hint. :laugh:0 -

Multiple flips of burgers or steaks. Just leave it alone!
Pizza that is slightly undercooked, cheese is still white and crust is gummy.

Burnt food, undercooked food, anything that is covered in so much sauce it's slop that cant even be recognized as food (like over sauced pasta for example, yuck)0

The lobster I had on Saturday night. It was so overcooked and rubbery, it required a steak knife to eat.0
