      That's the one thing that scares me the most, keeping the weight off! But I've come this far, I can't stop now I have to keep pushing. I feel amazing, thanks for the kind words!

      If you accept the fact that you will always have to count your calories, you will be able to do this. The few times I stopped, I gained about 6-8 lbs before I reined it in again. If you maintain your new lifestyle, that's key. Forget about the fact that you were ever heavy. It doesn't count now.
